Whitney Bandemer (she/her) is a recovering lawyer, organizational architect, change nerd, and experienced people leader. She is the principal at WB Consulting, LLC based in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Her consulting practice specializes in organizational and people development, including:

Prior to founding her own business, she spent 15+ years as an executive in higher education in Virginia and Indiana.
Organizational Impacts

Played key role in the development, launch, and accreditation of two colleges of pharmacy, including implementation of operational systems.

Restructured a struggling Human Resources department to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Redesigned human capital strategy by pivoting focus to people development and successfully executed a campaign to put the “human” back in Human Resources.

Designed and delivered executive education programs for a Fortune 500 company, training over 200+ corporate staff and executives in leadership management and foundational skills. Then led the successful scaling of the program for three additional clients.

Spearheaded the planning, development, construction, and project management of two multimillion dollar facility projects in Fort Wayne, Indiana (82K sq.ft, $20M) and North Manchester, Indiana (35K sq.ft., $8.5M), both at or under budget.

Creation of processes to streamline implementation of new programs and services.

Led crisis communications during institution-wide incidents to successful resolution.

Established multiple inaugural departments focused on serving employees and constituents, including hiring, policy development, and procedural implementation.

She is also a 2014 graduate of Leadership Fort Wayne.
